Tasked with designing a new funding program for the local Fund for the Arts using a video-based application model, Angela lead the design and management of Peak Arts Prize for the Cultural Office of the Pikes Peak Region and Pikes Peak Community Foundation from 2018-2020. Based on national research and comprehensive program evaluation across the three annual grant cycles, Angela stewarded a complex program that awarded approx. $25,000 in funding to creative businesses, nonprofits, and individual artists and met or exceeded all of its goals. Project management included creation of the eligibility, timeline, budget, funding criteria, judging panel process, grant agreement and grant reporting, coordinating branding and website design with Neon Pig Creative, coordinating communications and PR, managing the website, supporting applicants and grantees, and more.
