Relevant Project Studio was honored to support community-inclusive theater company Dragon Theatre Productions with a visioning project in summer 2022. Through interviews with founder Cyndi Parr and surveys of stakeholders and participants, the project clarified the company’s unique strengths in the local scene, areas of potential programmatic growth, and a potential path forward for sustainability through strategic partnerships.
